1. I am interested in getting a portfolio made. Can you give me the details?

We are one of India's leading Photo agencies and our studio at Indiranagar is amongst the best in Bangalore. We have a choice of three portfolio packages tailored to suit your needs:

Basic Portfolio - suitable for people who want their pictures for professional, matrimonial and personal reasons. Ideal for those fed up of the friendly neighbourhood 5-min pictures and like to look good in their corporate photos & on the passport.

Standard Portfolio - suitable for amateurs and aspiring models on a tight budget or in case you want some really cool pictures of yours!

Advanced portfolio - suitable for those extremely serious in pursuing a career in modeling or acting.

2. What is meant by a look?

A look is a change of make-up, hair-style and set-up - either one or all of these elements.

3. Is makeup included in this price and who will arrange for the dresses?

Basic make up is included only in the Professional Portfolio package. For all other packages makeup is chargeable. You can either get your own makeup artist or we can hire a makeup person for you. The rates vary from Rs.2000 to Rs.15,000. You tell us your budget and we will book a makeup artist accordingly.

You will have to get your own dresses, accessories and props for the shoot. However, if you need the services of a stylist or hiring clothes, we can arrange it at an additional cost.

4. What is the payment mode?

50 % to be paid in advance by cash/ cheque before the commencement of the shoot; the balance on delivery of the prints and the CD.
Cheque to be made in the name of MANEX INTERNATIONAL
A charge of Rs.750/- per hour will be applicable if the shoot extends beyond the stipulated time limit due to the delays caused by the client.

5. When can I get the CD and pictures?

The CD and prints will be ready 48 hours after the shoot is over. The client will be required to collect the CD and prints from our office. In case of a Sunday or public holiday, the delivery will be given on the next working day.
We can also upload the hi-res pictures for you to download thereby eliminating the requirement for you to come back for collecting the CD.

6. Will you help me get work/ assignments after the portfolio?

PhotoIndia.com does turnkey assignments for corporates and agencies where there could be a need for models. We can suggest your name and use your photos with your permission. This will get you exposure and a start in this field.

We are also planning to launch an online modelling agency shortly. This will enable prospective clients to view all our models in various shots. Once this facility is enabled your portfolio will get uploaded automatically.
